This site is run by me, Adam Chodkowski (NIP 5662042690). For anything about your data, write to adam@sq5wep.pl.

Logs

The server records IP address, time, page and browser. I keep that for 10 days, then it's gone. I need it to look after the server (GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Addresses that attack the server may end up on AbuseIPDB.

Form

If you use the form I get your name or nickname, email, phone if you give it, the message and your IP address. A bot sends it to my Telegram, and Telegram is a company outside the EU. I only use it to reply or prepare an offer (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). I keep it until the matter is closed, 12 months at most, then delete it. You don't have to give me anything, but without an email I can't reply.

Where it lives

The main site is on my own server in Poland, services and hosting are on an OVH server in France.

Cookie

There's one: lang. It remembers your language after you click PL/EN. No analytics, and I don't profile anyone.

Footer images

The AbuseIPDB badge and my friends' buttons load from their servers, so those servers see your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data and object to how it's used. You can complain to the Polish regulator, Prezes UODO.
